A call from Forest City Military Communities brought A&W to McGrew Point. In a home within the community, the ceiling gave way and released sewage into the house. A&W was tasked with finding the source of this problem and ensuring that the area was thoroughly cleaned.
It was found by using a fiber-optic camera that a toilet had leaked sewage into the ceiling spaces, then the sewage had ridden the inside lip of a support beam to another part of the house.
First, the pieces of drywall that were affected worst had to be removed. Following that, the remaining areas were scrubbed thoroughly and treated to prevent the possibility of any future growth there.
