The Waikiki Landmark is a premier condominium with affluent residents. When something goes awry, it needs to be tended to quickly and with a high degree of professionalism.

An unoccupied unit experienced a plumbing problem that resulted in water cascading down through several units. A&W was on-site within an hour, extracting water and setting up drying equipment.

In order to understand what areas needed our attention the most, we used some knowledge of building thermography and a FLIR (Foward Looking InfraRed) Camera. Through this, we could see the water-soaked areas and deploy equipment accordingly.
