When a water main broke in Hawaii Kai, the homeowner adjacent to the break called A&W. The tremendous pressure in the main had caused a breach of a nearby sewage line, resulting in a Category 2 Water Loss to a significant portion of the home.
A&W was on-site well into the night, extracting water and treating the area with Microban™ to mitigate any health risks while the restoration took place.
With the immediate risks taken care of, the lines had to be cleared back down to the main sewer in the street. Using a HydroJet, a high-pressure omni-directional water hose, all debris was pushed through the washouts and the lines cleared.
